Buna Corina,in mod normal exercitiile alese ar fi bine sa fie facute in functie de necesitati. Desigur, incepem sa facem acest tip de exercitii atunci cand apar inestetisme, si in general, ele sunt cam aceleasi, dupa o varsta : riduri, lipsa fermitatii. Nu am auzit sa se piarda din elasticitate insa.]]></description>

					<description><![CDATA[Am inceput si eu anumite exercitii de yoga .Dar m-ar interesa sa cunosc mai mult despre asta.Nu imi este clar inca daca e ok sa le facem ca un antrenament(cum ne antrenam si corpul),ori e mai bine sa urmarim doar pe cele potrivite(in functie de ridurile dobandite) ,ori daca in urma exercitiilor pielea pierde si mai mult din elasticitate.]]></description>
