Ce pot sa-ti spun, incearca sa te relaxezi seara, fa o baie cu saruri; exista un spray la The Body Shop care, dat pe perna, are rolul de a induce somnul. Sunt suplimente naturale la farmacie sau plafar care ajuta la producerea melatoninei, hormonul responsabil cu somnul. Acupuncura are iarasi rezultate foarte bune.]]></description>

Da, asa e...minim 8 ore de pauza...poate chiar 10 avand in vedere ca organismul are functiile mai lente in somn. Oricum, din experienta, cel mai bine ma simt daca mananc la ora 18, in conditiile in care nu adorm inainte de 12. Poate mai servesc o fructa sau un iaurt, dar atat. Organismul functioneaza foarte bine daca il obisnuiesti cu o rutina (somn, hrana, miscare, etc). Ma bucur ca ti-ai comandat cartea, chiar astept sa-mi spui cum iti place...mai este pe piata, sigur, la Kaufland, Carrefour, si evident, in toate librariile Diverta. Oricum e pe net, daca nu se descurca...si e mai ieftina, nu are adaos de magazin :)]]></description>
