					<description><![CDATA[Ma refeream la perioada de dupa operatie,mai exact la 3 luni dupa,dar din perspectiva activitatii sportive.Tot ce stiu este ca primele trei luni dupa operatie sunt foarte importante,si ca e nevoie de relaxare,fara stat pe scaun,in picioare,doar mers pe jos.Multumesc frumos de raspuns, tin cont de sfatul tau!]]></description>

Buna Corina,
Eu am facut 2 ani de recuperare medicala dupa operatie de hernie de disc.Nu am fost sfatuita nicio clipa sa stau fara sa ma misc, am inceput cu exercitii in apa, am lucrat cateva luni asa, apoi kinetoterapie. Abia dupa 2 ani am inceput sa merg la sala.]]></description>
